One of the people I've always felt was awesome is Will Smith.

Someone recently posted some video of Will Smith talking all kinds of inspirational jazz about work ethic, having an internal locus of control, will power, using negative emotions to your advantage, etc.

Y'all don't know, but I have a long history in the music industry and in studio recording and mixing.

I took that audio and chopped out the blank spots that don't make sense without the video. I also compressed, EQ'd parts separately to get rid of crowd noise and insane reverbs, denoised, cut out long silence, limited, and normalized it.

It is now ready for your iphones and cars for an inspirational lecture. If you dig that type of thing, then download below!

I didn't know that hobbster - I too have a looong history with professional recording studios here in Uk. One I've not been to / worked in though is Peter Gabriel's Real World Studio - yet. ;)

<Internet-high-five-meme here>

Anyway - I'll have a listen to that later. I have no opinion whatsoever of Will Smith, so it should be interesting to hear.


edit: When my empire is big enough I'll build a personal 'Real World Studio' I swear!
 
Are there any good sites that link to these cool sound clips? Inspirational type videos/music?

YouTube has it all... but I'm thinking of more of an index...
 
Thanks homey, never been a fan of his acting work but I definitely subscribe to a lot of what he's preaching.
