Will this get me sued?

So I have an aged domain that's focused on a certain dietary supplement. Let's say it's something like SupplementGreat.com. I haven't done much with it, but it has been indexed for 3 years and change. I now want to make an authority site about the supplement, and I would like to use that domain.

However, there's a brand in the niche called Great, and they have many products, including Supplement. I will not be marketing that product on the site, because it reportedly sucks.

How liable am I to be sued for trademark violation with a domain like that? Is it worth the risk, considering that the domain is only 3 years old?

Anyone can sue you for anything. Since I assume you don't have a large legal budget it's probably best to avoid using anyone's trademark. Especially if they have more $$$ than you do.

Litigation kills companies and productivity. Avoid it at all costs.

There is another reason you might want to drop the idea. Even if you could get away with it legally you are going to confuse customers. You could put a disclaimer that you are not associated with the brand, but that doesn't mean people could read it. Confusing customer is not good, and theoretically it could cause suits from them. They might think you do not live up to the claims of the product because they are assuming you are affiliated with the other brand.
