Woman facing jail time for cutting in line at... Walmart.

God these shows are so stupid they make my brain implode. Who gives a fuck? Fuck you and fuck TV. The best part of that clip was the hot chick in the Mozy ad before that.

A lot of people get fucked with by the cops and a lot of cops get fucked with by people, it's not always racial- you either catch them on a bad day or they catch you on a bad day; then it escalates and neither one wants to admit being wrong. Once they start slapping charges, though, 99% of people will plea out because if it goes to trial, prosecutors want the maximum possible sentence and it seems like too much of a risk.

Only possible, rational punishment for queue jumping is a back-alley execution.

I don't believe in capital punishment, I just hate queue jumpers.

ridiculous spin on the real story. Gotta respect how the anchor keeps saying she got arrested and is in all this trouble for cutting in line. Then barely mentions how the real allegations are because she assaulted the officer and threw a big combative fit in the store. Hopefully if I ever Jwalk across the street and start shooting up all the cars on the road and killing everyone in a mass homicidal spree the media will do the same and tell everyone they're trying to put me in prison for jwalking. Way to spin cnn way to spin

Her dad says she is innocent, and that she has accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Saviour - case closed.

I really love how the media portrays potential jail time too. They always say the max, even though it is illegal to actually sentence somebody to the statutory max. That number only exists for the people that go to jail and start stabbing inmates and fighting and shit like that. In real life, they have to abide by sentencing guidelines, which on a 15-year felony first offense, probably falls somewhere between probation and 2-3 years in prison. Fucking Law & Order has people so fucking ignorant about the way shit realy works.
