Word Press Coding/Tweaking

Hey all I'm looking for someone who knows their stuff with WordPress. I have a few things I need to get done including tweaking or replacing a plugin it's the FeaturedContentGallery FCG plugin and it makes the site load about 3 times longer than it should.

There are a few other things as well I won't boar you with it all. If you know your shit on Word Press I want to give you some money in exchange for your help!

The main thing I need is speed. The landing page is just Slow! I just need a tune up!

All the inner pages load in a jiffy. It's on a dedicated server. I have cashe plugin. I've done what I can now I need a smart person to dial it in.
