Wordpress and Media upload

Hi guys,

I'm trying to setup wordpress for a friend so she can upload media easily ( audio mainly)

I've been trying to use the Media buttons in the New Post page. The page gets dark and nothing happens.

Tried checking the support wordpress topics. Lots of people having lots of problems.

Anyone here would have been successful at this?

Problem solved.

I cleared the site and reinstalled the latest version. Now things work... for now
