Hey guys,
For WordPress, I have already set the link structure as
/%category%/%postname%
and lets say the category is "newb"
however I just realized that if i click on newb under the category section on my main page, the link structure for the post in there will be
/category/newb/postname
now I notice that a few of these links are indexed in Google. Is that a problem? Since I want all my links point to /newb/postname - without the category in the in url.
Also is indexings /tag/xxxx in Google seen as a duplicate content?
All my sitemap shows proper links with the way I like it and are submitted to Google webmaster when I make new posts.
