Wordpress Designer Needed

I'm installing a wordpress theme for a client and am looking for someone who can make simple changes to the site such as background, color, etc. Very basic stuff.

I can do it myself but if you can do these things quickly and the price is right then I would prefer to pay someone. Please let me know your rate and examples of your work if you have it.
