Wordpress Duplicate Content Solution?

I know that the way Wordpress is structured it creates alot of duplicate content. Should I put 'nofollow' file in the category pages and archive pages
and just have google follow the index page and the posts page? What's the best way to go about this?

robots.txt that blocks those URLs that create the dupe content and do not have the good SEO-friendly keyword in them:
BAD: /2007/09/this-post-sucks
GOOD: /CATEGORYNAME/this-post-rocks
Do a google for wordpress robots.txt and there are a number of examples you can use.
