Wordpress: Dynamic Content Following Scrollbar

I was wondering if there was a plugin that would allow me to create a little button that would follow my scroll bar, either on the left or right side of my pages.

I would be using this to create a Contact Me button and Receive Email updates button.

But I want to be able to put any content I want.
