Wordpress landing pages

Well I been looking around and using wordpress to make a landing page. However every landing page I use seems to look like crap as a landing page ( probably 95% because of my skills). I was wondering if anyone knew any good wordpress themes for LP's for newbies.

If you're looking for one-column theme, have a look at Mountain-Dawn. I found it easy enough to tear it down and customize it.
