Here's a tip from my time browsing those WIPO/UDRP decisions.

Having all your domains listed for sale on one website gives you legitimate interests to all domains listed. Just make sure you forward your individual domains to the individual sales page and you're good to go.

They won't be able to argue article 2 of the UDRP policy against you.

(2) why the Respondent (domain-name holder) should be considered as having no rights or legitimate interests in respect of the domain name(s) that is/are the subject of the complaint;
