Dude, I couldn't think of a more depressing niche. Every single one of your customers is grieving and you'll have to think about this shit too often.
THAT SAID - Brilliant idea. 1. Funerals are expensive and expendable monies are down. 2. Everybody here (including myself) hates your niche, which means your competition is going to be weak. 3. The US is getting OLD, death rates are going to rise, and if you have long-term business ideas in this niche, you could end up huge.
