based on google's external keyword tool,

3 keywords together get more than 150,000+ searches every month on google

the owner of the domain (which has the 3 keywords in it) is selling it for 5k.


think its a good deal?
 


find out how much traffic it gets, if he wont tell you assume its very little type-in wise and know that you will have to focus on seo to get the traffic
 
i did find out about type ins and they are virtually zero

the keywords aren't very brandable, but it is something that newbies (and lots of them) search for. so i'm just wondering if its worth it.

yea it depends on what the keywords are for...if it has anything to do with money, s#x , or weight loss then you are in the ballpark

the exact match volume is less than 200,000. it's a .com. the owner said the domain gets less than 10 typins a month. how does that make sense?
