I am looking to hire another WordPress coder to be part of the WP-Coders team. We work very hard and maintain a balance of quality and speed. The work this job consist of are as follows:
> Editing WordPress themes
> Coding HTML / CSS into WordPress themes
> Editing Plugin Files
> Other WordPress related duties
> Coding cross browser compatible / w3c complaint XHTML / CSS
> Building plugins when needed
> Coding PSD ( or other image formats ) into WordPress Themes
Please do not include a portfolio in your cover letter. I am not interested in looking at work samples, but I will ask you questions during an interview that will prove if you are qualified for this position. I am a coder myself, so I will be asking code related questions.
We guarantee 30-40 hours per week. We review all team members for bonuses periodically and provide raises every business quarter based on performance and ability to get work done quickly.
Please do not apply if you are with an agency. I am looking for someone that has time and energy to dedicate to our team long term. This is not a one time project, but a long term relationship.
You must be willing to structure your time so that you are available 8hours per day.
You must be fast with coding & developing, because we have a high volume of projects constantly coming in, and need you to be able to help get them out successfully.
You must maintain clean, cross-browser compatible, w3c compliant code.
Note: We are NOT a client looking to have some work done, we are a WordPress Experts agency.
