WP Design & Dev or PSD2WP Coder Needed

Hey,

I have a wire sketch of a website and need someone to draw a minimalistic PSD for me. If you can translate the PSD to WP it'll be great too.

If you can't photoshop, don't worry. I can do that myself but I need someone who has experience in making an optimized WP theme from PSD.

The site is going to be a brochure style website for a small business--nothing fancy.
