WP file protect - members only download?

Im having troubles finding a plugin that will do one simple thing:

- make the PDF (or any other files I want) available only to people who are logged in as subscribers on my Wordpress

My entire WP site is locked if you're not a subscriber, but the PDFs and similar files can be accessed with hotlink. How can I protect it? Premium or free plugins, I dont care, as long as it works.

Unless you have a plugin which servers a dynamic URL, and passes through the actual permalink to the pdf, the hotlink will always be available.
