WP-o-Matic feed errors

Hey guys,

I installed WP-O-Matic but when I try to add feeds, I always get all kinds of errors. I tried all variations I can think of like:

http://www.rpc.blogrolling.com/pinger
http://rpc.blogrolling.com/pinger
rpc.blogrolling.com/pinger
http://www.rpc.blogrolling.com
rpc.blogrolling.com
blogrolling.com

I tried this with many many different known feeds. Here are some of the errors I get:

Feed blogsearch.google.com.ar could not be parsed (SimplePie said: A feed could not be found at http://blogsearch.google.com.ar)

Feed http://rpc.blogrolling.com/pinger could not be parsed (SimplePie said: cURL error 7: couldn't connect to host)

Any idea what could be causing this?

You are trying to connect to ping services in your examples which are just aggregators/search engines for rss feeds, that's why it won't pull anything. You need to give wp-o-matic something to grab by linking to a specific sites feed.

For example: http://the-site-i-want-to-scrape.com/feeds/news.xml

I also found xfruits.com very useful when playing around with grabbing rss.
