@gittar1122: I am doing it on my own. I have been writing articles for the past 6 years. I have increased my speed and I do edit my work before submission, check them on copyscape.

Having writers on my team can mean inconsistency of the style and quality of the articles. I have tried that before but it lead to further editing or rewriting every single article on my part. Don't want to go on the same process I again.
