I need someone who can create me a list of authority blog host from all 50 states. Not from general domains like wordpress.com, livejournal.com, etc. But instead local blog host, like newspaper websites, local social communities, etc..
The list must contain:
* At least one local blog host from each of the 50 states
* Only a blog host from one of the top 5 cities in each state
* Only blog hosts which allow registration, profile creation, blogging, and blog management
* Only blog hosts which have a PageRank 4+ on the homepage
* Only blog hosts which show Compete.com visitors of 100,000 or more
An example of the type of blog hosts I am looking for is the following:

* http://www.nyc.com/users/login.aspx?u=/
USNPL.com is a good place to start to find the links I am looking for. I just don't have the time myself to sift through and find them all. This project will require research and time. If you feel that you can accomplish this project and tasks then I'd like to hear from you. Analyze the details of the project and let me know your rate for the time and research?
