WTB: IDX/MLS Real estate Intergration

I am looking for someone who knows how to set up and integrate IDX/MLS into a real estate website I am creating this week. From what I have read, I see there are two types:

1) FTP access where you have to download and upload the databases when you want the listings to update

2) Smart Framing: information/Listings automatically update.

I would rather have it so the listings automatically update but I must be able to use the template we have created. In other words, I want to keep everything within my site.

If anyone has any experience and would like to take the job please let me know. I am interested in getting started this week.

I did this at Featured properties from New Hampshire (NH) Residential Real Estate Broker Imagine World Realty :: Homes, Condos, Land, Property, and Bank Owned Foreclosures... Don't miss our open houses!

Basically I scraped the page that the MLS provider wanted me to include as an IFrame, formatted the results, and published them to the page. You will need a decent working knowledge of PHP or ASP if you were to do this. I'm not sure I would want to take that project on. How much does it pay?

Futhermore, I don't work on this website anymore. When I had to start contracting again and got more involved with affiliate marketing, I basically told all my clients that I could no longer support them.
