Hey guys. I have seo hosting account 5 class-c Ip's and want to install a small network of topsites. Along with the installation I am also needing the design or the skin made, nothing special just some sorta look - along with the banner code that the script gives out for rankings. I have no skill and my budget is about 25-50 bucks. The script for these topsites is available at aardvark and its free. I don't need the paid version. From what I hear this shit is easy to install.
