[WTB] migrate static html to new layout

I need someone to review pages on a static site, identify those that have not yet been migrated to the site's new layout, and create new pages, copying content and meta-data, using the new html template for each not yet migrated page.

Attention will need to be paid to selecting proper include files, which vary by the page's category association.

There are less than 100 pages that need to be updated, and the site has less than 300 pages in total.
