[WTB] Need Wordpress Designer/Coder

Hey guys,

I need somebody to copy a magazine design similiar to webmd.com from a live site (not mine) and convert it to a wordpress theme.
Some wordpress plugins (thumbs up/down rating, newsletter form, etc) have to be fitted into the design.

Please hit me up if you can do it and give me your quote. Maybe also tell me what you've done so far or provide me a link to your portfolio.
