I'm interested in purchasing payday declines. If you can provide me with telephone, first name, last name, address, city, state; I would be interested in doing business with you. The list does not need to be scrubbed against the DNC list, I can handle that. PM me if you are interested and can provide a test file.

I'll need a new list daily, so, be sure that you can provide me with ongoing data.

Just curious, what are payday declines? I've searched thru google but haven't found anything usable.

Some people cannot get payday loans because their credit is too bad.

Also, I can take non-completed payday loan applicants, as long as they filled out their phone number.

it's not because their credit is too bad. lenders dont ping any of the traditional bureaus, and over 60% of online payday clients are thin file or no file.

OP i have access to boat loads of that type of data. pm me. i presume you're pushing it off shore to re-work it?

Would you be interested in Leads obtained via CallCenter ...??? I can provide lists with people who are eligible as well as declined....

and you would be wrong

Aren't payday loans targeted to the lower rungs of society with worse credit, bad cashflow, etc....? If you have good credit you've probably got credit cards to float you through a rough spot, overdraft protection, etc...

Guess I don't know much about it - and was just making an assumption.

"Lower rungs" is not quite accurate. The online PDL demo is much higher SES than the B&M model. Lots of government employees, teachers, that sort of thing.

no you're right, however in a payday ping tree buyers are also looking to see if the record (person) is already in their DB and if so hasn't repaid. So you may have people who would in theory 'qualify' (nearly everyone) except they've already taken out multiple payday loans and been a pain in the ass to get money back from.
