[WTB] Person to setup http proxies on hosting with 200 ips

I want to buy a machine that has 200 addon proxies.
Thig is seems nobody is able to set it up wth 200 proxies on 200 ips that it has because the 'outgoing' usualy goes with the 1 main ip.

Im looking for somebody capable of setting up proxies with unique ips on such hosting.

can be squid, can be whatever.

I was recommended by a friend about the RotateiP service and so far I have been satisfied with the dedicated ip's that I've been using.
