What is the most effective way to raise SERP? I have decent rankings, but I would like to move up from spots like #8 or #4 to something in the top-3.

What would be the most effective strategy? I put up a lot of links on blogs and profiles, high-PR links, link wheels, pyramids, edu/gov profiles, 2.0 properties.

What is left that would be effective for me? Am I missing some off-site SEO?

Does anyone want to offer or recommend me something I am not using, or something that I have used, but which you do better than others.

The onpage SEO passes all checks like W3C, etc. We have all the alt tags, meta tags, and it's not too stuffed, it's randomized, etc. I doubt that's a problem.

The keywords I can't change. I need to work on many small keywords in my business.

I am really wondering just about off-page SEO. What do you think would be the best methods that I left out from my campaign?

How about guest posting on high quality sites in your niche? Something that not many people bother to do as it's not as automated.

Most of the higher end link builders (ones that charge much more than stuff you see here) use that kind of thing.

This one looks interesting too for ideas:

Basically taking the 'fake' profile idea but maybe done with better quality.

Like here:

$2500 for 10 links. Of course that might be excessive but supposedly they get links on sites like Nasa.com etc...

So maybe think along those lines. Before I even knew much about SEO these were the kinds of links I'd try to get and at least back then just a couple of those relavant links did the job.
