WTB/WTH Someone To Do Some Manual Directory Submissions

I have a list of 39 directories that I would like a list of 33 clients submitted to - manually and carefully!

These are local/geo directories, so submisison details include telephone numbers, addresses, opening hours etc - we have all of these details in a spreadsheet.

I'm looking for someone to run through each of these and submit to each.
