im getting more and more lost just when i thought i knew something lol.:bigear:

can someone correct me if i am wrong here? this is ny undrestanding of things so far:

1...you can make money blogging by writing some great crap on a page and adding some ads to it and hoping that someone will come along and clickyour ads and you will get some type of commissionfrom it (nutshell)

2....ADWORDS is only for people offering a service or product???

sooo you can find a product you want to sell ......(how i don't know, buy a bunch of things in bulk? offer downloads? find a drop shipping company in china? ebay? create your own product or service like webinars or whatever??can anyon eelaborate??) .....and then you set up and adwords campaign where you pay your own money and set up an ad campaign so people on other sites will see your ads and click them and then go to your page and hopefully buy something. whether or not they buy something you still pay per amount of clicks on the ad. you are paying adwords who then does whatever with the money....?

or you find affiliate offers for products similar but not competing with your own?

so in that case you can have adsense on your page for other related stuff and if someone clicks those ads you will get some commission from it. but if someone clicks your adwords ads (on another site) then you have to pay (it gets deducted from your acct balance) and hope that the clicker is actually going to buy something and that is why adwords is beneficial? b/c you assume you will make more than you are spending on ads...ya? no?

3...you can make a site about toilets for example and put a bunch of toilet info on there...and then sign up for a bunch of affiliate networks that want you to promote their toilets in a nice way and you will have links to their toilet company and if anyone clicks them (and buys something?) then you will be paid a commission based on the sale?

should all 3 options above be combined? am i making any sense? ahh

so if i am blogging about recipes for diabetics and thats all what do i do to make some loot?? do i set up my page with good content, then i put on adsense and some other ads for related content. then i go around to affiliate networks and ask them if they have anything for me to promote i.e. diabetic diet sites, cookbooks, health sites, etc

then maybe if i have some high paying affiliate ads and maybe if i'm getting some really good adsense clicks and i want more traffic THEN i made an adwords campaign..starting small...and try it out to see what happens?

there...that is the jumble of mess in my head right now. hopefulyl someone can answer that for me and then i will get back to the nitty gritty of revamping my design...

aww wickedfire should be angel fire b/c its so sweet! too bad that ones already taken....:Yahoo_29:

Read it, live it, do it.

If your still trying to figure out the difference between adwords/adsense
then your still really far behind buddy.

But 1 thing i can help you with is, dont ever think about writing
for money.

Unless its just for a laugh cause thats all your writing was to me,
Matter of fact if you keep writing like that you wont make it anywhere.
Writing ads in that kind of sentencing is just asking to lose money and
I'm not sure of anyone who would click on a ad that looks like it was written
by there 7 year old son.

Ok. I'm using uppercase when appropriate. Ahem. I think I answered my questions above already by doing the old clickity click ready ready on the old internet. So thank you all! I thought maybe someone would be feeling frisky enough to answer my inquiries. Lol.

Spooled is quite nice. I'm not thinking about writing for money per se. But I definitly enjoy a few extra bucks. I have been making web pages since I was in middle school. And I'm no spring chicken. Werd to your mother I want ansers. ;)

Here is your first task Daniel son: Learn to write in an intelligible way, all the time, so that when you come to write up your blog it'll come a lot easier and you'll have a better chance of people reading your site. Not to mention, Google prefers readable content.
