WTF is wrong with Copeac?

I was advertising 1 campaign and they shut it down as the advertiser claimed there was "fraud", they have not yet been able to tell me what this so called "fraud" was. I used PPC to promote the product and followed the guidelines they advertised. (3 weeks going on and still no answer on this)

Now another issue - same advertiser, different campaign, they are claiming all of my leads/sales are from the same IP address, although I used PPC to promote this as well.

Now I'm being told they are going to deactivate my account if I cannot explain this. WTF is going on. This is ridiculous, I follow ALL of there rules.

Anyone had a similar experience?
 


Also forgot to meantion that I am not receiving any notification when campaigns I am promoting go down. When I ask about this I am told they probably went into my junk mail or spam folders. I check these daily and that is not the case.

i will look in to the entertainment book issue for you, in case you didnt get my email response.

We do send out notices when offers go down, chances are it is in your spam folder or your ISP completely blocked us. either way we are in the process of working on a new notification system for when offers go live or get taken down. This should be ready soon.
 
Thank you Mike, I use hotmail as my e-mail account for Copeac and it is def not in my Junk Folder so Im not sure.

Maybe a mod can delete this post, I made it when I was frustrated and before I contacted Mike and had no idea where to turn.
 
A new notification system would be great. Even though I'm told my notifications are sent out, etc.. I still don't always get them, and I always check my Bulk email folder at Yahoo.
 
the post can be left, your frustration is understandable.

We did verify that the leads are form different IP's on our end, not sure why the advertiser has an issue. You will get paid from us so don't worry about that. I just need to find out why the advertiser is trying not to pay for it.

We are going to create a forum for copeac affiliates only. We will email and post on the forum any changes that you should be aware of. We are almost done with the forum and should launch within a week or so, assuming our PHP guy can get his ass in gear :)
 
wow...maybe i should join copeac too...mkrongel seems to be such a nice guy...:bowdown:
 
I have nothing but good things to say about copeac. This is obviously just an issue with the advertiser.
 
a forum....sounds great!
I always get notifications into my gmail account, as stated in every email make sure to add it to your contacts if you're not getting them
