WTH: Coder To Modify Wordpress Plugin

Wordpress Autoresponder plugin for Get Response or Aweber

I emailed the developer many times but so far I've got no replies.
All I want is to have a red border around the submit button,
it should turn green when cursor is over it,
the size should fit automatically despite the length of the text.
