[WTH] Landing Page Designer/Ad Copywriter

Hey guys, this is my first post so let me introduce myself. I am a fairly new affiliate marketer (been doing it for about 2 months) and have made a considerable profit for a newbie, but I would like to step up my conversion rates with professionally designed landing pages that will generate quality leads. I asked my affiliate manager yesterday about finding a good landing page designer and he recommended WickedFire so here I am today in search of a landing page designer/ad copywriter.

Here's what I need from you:

1.) 1 year experience in BOTH lp designing/ad copywriting
2.) A portfolio of some sort (screenshots of different lp designs with lorem ipsum filler text will do)
3.) A couple of vouchers from WF for your design/ad copywriting work
4.) Experience with creating all types of landing pages including but not limited to review sites, news sites, squeeze pages, blog style landing pages, etc...
5.) Must be extremely knowledgeable in HTML, PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, Flash, etc...
6.) And finally... PRICES, I need to know how much you'll charge for different types of landing pages and how long it will take you to create them (time is of the essence)
