I need to find a designer who can do popovers. Something similar to the popover located here: Welcome to TRUE The three designers I have hit up who would normally do them cannot do this.

Can you? The rest of the lander will be pretty basic stuff.

+1: I need same thing + CSS and validation for madlib-style form.
