I'm assuming that you aren't CAN-SPAM Compliant. So no thanks. Plus if you were a legitimate mailer that had that many CAN-SPAM Compliant email addresses you would be able to sell it for a lot of cash and probably wouldn't be trying to hawk "2 copies" as you so put it, in a forum.

What are you saying? I could'nt understood a single word.!
 
And I am only selling for 20$ I am in need of money. Though I have'nt sold anything in my life this is the first sale of mine. I don't know how much it is actually worth. I was thinking that people will bargain on 20$! I don't know much but I guarantee that my sale will satisfy you.

Oh. I'm sorry dude I was a little confused.:) To be honest $20 sounds like an amazing deal. How do you want to do this deal? I'll give you the benefit of the doubt on this and explain.
The US has something called the CAN-SPAM guidelines. A set of laws that restricts how you can mail. This includes the fact that you can't just get a junk list scraping web forums and whatnot and spam them.
So your 20 million list is most likely illegal to mail out in the US.
