It is an "Online Services" review blog which i post different affiliates and generate traffic to the posts through either PPC or general SEO and backlinks to the entire site. There are single blog posts, separate ads, and of course AdSense.

Due to server changes, I DO NOT HAVE TRAFFIC STATS, however, I obviously have revenue Proof. Also due to this, all the posts from last month were lost (as well as revenue proof for them since I don't have proof they were actually on the site).

2 offers have been heavily promoted this month which generated over $885.00. I spent $300.00 in PPC this month, so profit was around $600.00 total (including AdSense).

I am only selling do to other major projects, so I am not looking to make a killing on this sale.

For revenue proof and link, please p/m me - and only do so if you are serious.

I AM ONLY ACCEPTING PAYMENTS VIA CHECK OR PAYPAL. I am willing to accept half payment, I'll push the domain, then the other half for the files (however you would need to cover some fee's). I am willing to move it to your server for FREE, as well as give you PPC keywords i used.

There is a reason why he doesn't have stats...

Anyone buying this, make sure you do an escrow based on minimum revenue per month.
 
I don't believe he has any significant traffic.

Supposedly that domain is 8years and 2 months old. I checked with Google ad planner and I have sites in the ad planner that are 1 year old with good traffic stats, I entered his site and Google came up with no stats... meaning he has very little or no traffic at all. What is more shady is the fact that if the domain is 8 yrs old, how come Google ad planner does not show any stats for that site? but shows traffic stats for a site of mine that is 1 year old. I have to assume that the site does not make 900$/month and gets little traffic.

I would stay away.

Who said the domain was 8 years old? It was registered in July of 2008...

hmm, I did a domain age search, I just searched again, my mistake, July 2008 it is. So new site, and already had server changes, and already earns 900$/month and yet no traffic stats can be confirmed.

The site is new, like i said, it was registered in July. And I don't have stats because i got a new server? If you don't want to buy, please dont post :)

He's most likely referring to paid traffic services, signature links, general post whoring around the interweb, etc. Not whether or not you posted a link in this thread. Nice try though.
 
You are selling a website for $900, that supposedly earns you $600 a month, with hardly any traffic!!!!

Call me cynical, but something here does not add up..

Everyone, please treat this deal with caution, you (most likely) will get ripped off...


TFLnetwork... I have a proposition for you.. I will pay you double your asking price $1800.. if you are willing to put the money on escrow, until the $600 p/m target earnings are met for 3 months..

After 3 months, if I have earnt $1800, you I will ask escrow to transfer the funds to you... how bout that?
