A friend of mine has a potential starter site in the IM niche to sell, but she does not know how much it would sell for. Well, neither do I. So I said I would ask around here and post up a for sale thread and see what happens. I guess accepting offers would be most appropriate for this WTS thread.

On the other, she said you do not have to create new articles because it depends on the method of marketing you plan on implementing.

Affiliations with IM products and services (whether it be through Plimus, CB, CJ, whomever).
Adsense has been defaulted (no plugin) to appear within each post.
Potential Traffic Sources
Although she put Adsense on the site, she was going to use Twitter as the main source to gain targeted traffic. So she attached the site to:
1 Twitter with 200+ followers and slowly growing (she hadn't taken the time to target site owners on Twitter to build it to more followers)
