I see at sedo and on sites like thedomains.com single word domains are being sold for thousands so I have a feeling that my domain has got some value looking at other domains. However I could be wrong..

No, you're not wrong. One word domain names are definitely worth quite a bit, depending on what it is of course. You however do not have a "single world domain" with Xcuse.net. I'm thinking $10, but it comes down to perceived value. Good luck

Yep I do agree my friend it is not exactly a word but looking at other domains which means nothing being sold for thousands I felt may be my domain will have at least some value
