What's shakin guys? Just wanted some insider info on XmarkPro and ManageWP. Does anyone use these programs or have tried both at one point and time? And if so which one is better?

I do mainly SEO and am at the point (actually way past the point) of needing to automate the general process of building my wordpress sites. Key points of use would be cloning my basic template (plug-ins, theme, theme options, site layout, etc) and for bulk updates for plug-ins/wordpress. Other beneficial side points would be good tracking software incorporated into it as I mainly use woopra for tracking as of right now, And also have some adsense sites on the go and plan on incorporating more into my army of money making deliciousness.

Any suggestions and helpful tidbits of info would be great.

p.s. Anyone try XsitePro?

I have been using ManageWP for some months and have been happy with reliability and ease of use. As my network expanded the cost was getting mad and a licence purchase was simply unreal. But it is great for keeping sites to clone from, cloning out to new and managing sites after they have been built. No use for content management though.

I bought a licanse for Xmarkpro, it offers all the functionality I need and is priced at a sensible level. BUT: I am having issues getting it to work. The problems are almost certainly down to me and are in areas not covered by ManageWP. I expect that when sorted this will be a very useful tool.

Xmarkpro is an end to end solution ManageWP manages just WP-

How much are you paying for ManageWP and for how many sites?

We use manageWP aswell, it's great to add themes, static pages, plugins, adsense etc.

For individuality, you have to login to each website separately though, but you can access all your sites from the manageWP dashboard with 1 click.

It's fairly awesome, though not perfect.

Over the past few months I have moved from zero to 250 sites. 250 costs $165 per month and over the next couple of months we will be going to 1000 and more sites. A self hosted licence costs $3000 for the first year.

BUT Vladimir answers support calls.
