YellowPages.ca has an affiliate program:

it's by invite only. They pay for every search people do through their form placed on your website. Does anyone have experience with them? How much do they pay per search? Is anybody giving away any invites to it?

Actually had no idea they have an affiliate program... sounds cheap to me.
