Your detective skills are needed

From the code it looks like a custom setup.

You could whip up a WP plugin to do this though and manage the content with pages in CMS style-e.

Where does the info come from? Is there a gov DB you can pull from or does everyone enter it manually?

Could be custom, I thought it's a script because there's literally hundreds of sites listing foreclosures in this manner.

Here's another example:
Foreclosed Homes | ForeclosedHomes.com

Though it's on a different cms and in fact this one looks even better.

I also think they're pulling from a gov site, but from what I've researched I couldn't find anything promising... Maybe homesales.gov?

I've seen MLS directories but can you elaborate? Is there a system I can buy you're aware of that'd handle listings in this manner?

Looks like possibly a realtytrac.com white label the second one you listed.

Foreclosures.com is another one you can look into if white labeling is something you would want.

use something like a open source real estate listing script

Yea, I've checked several of those on hotscripts but none of them works like the websites mentioned in this thread. With all of them you need to manually add listings or already have a database... which obviously sucks because I don't know where I'd get the data.

So basically, I could hire a programmer to white label one of those websites, but wouldn't the activity be suspicious to the original website? I mean, obviously white labeling foreclosures.com wouldn't be a good long term strategy, unless I'm missing something.

MLS.com, what every single Realtor in the country uses.

Do you mean they're aggregating mls.com? I've checked several pretty expensive MLS scripts and none of them automatically lists homes/properties.

Check out realestatewebmasters.com. I think you need an MLS/IDX feed first then a custom script to update to the sites because MLS pulls different data varying between states.

if I'm not mistaken, not all foreclosures are listed in MLS, banks do private sales and auctions also

From what it looks like both Foreclosure.com which is what I believe this site uses, and RealtyTrac, provide the site integration as part of their affiliate program.

We actually have this foreclosure data. If you want to build a site around foreclosures we could help power it with the most up to foreclosure data. PM for details
