Your knowlege of FBML?

I have a new funny blog site that I was promoting on Facebook. I won't say what it is exactly, but its the same idea as "people of walmart". I have a few friends that are now part of that blog network.

anyway, so i created my site, made a facebook page for it, then threw up a simple image in FBML which users land on, and it says "like us" ..

i then hired someone to get me fans, he sent out invites, nothing sketchy. anyway, everything was going great until i get this warning from FB..

Your Page "XXXXXX" has been removed for violating our Terms of Use. A
Facebook Page is a distinct presence used solely for business or promotional
purposes. Among other things, Pages that are hateful, threatening, or obscene
are not allowed. We also take down Pages that attack an individual or group, or
that are set up by an unauthorized individual. If your Page was removed for any

Now like i said, my site was no more "hateful" or "attacking" than people of walmart. if my page was "i hate black people" i woule understand, but this wasn't the case.

After talking to the guy that was working for me, he said it was probably because of the FBML, i don't know if this is true or not, and i want to re create the page, but before i did i wanted to see if anyone on here knows for sure what cause this?

I want to know if it was b/c of FBML or other gay FB reasons...
 


i'm trying to find out if it was even manually reviewed or if it was just a bot that searches for pages gettin mass fans, and checking for FBML
 
IT was most likely what you had someone do. You said you had someone do invites.

Most programs have been modified to only send out like 1-50 at a time in various intervals.

If he had like 50 accounts and invited all it will get your page deleted. Facebook runs algorithims on things like this.

If you want some help redoing it let me know. I will set you up with everything you need. Get you fans and make sure the page stays alive.
