This is bullshit, I just received this today.

We have found suspicious activity on this account, and for the protection of the credit card holder and/or our users, we have turned this account (and any others associated) offline and will be refunding any deposits made. We regret that we are not able to provide any details concerning this investigation, nor will we be able to reactivate the account or grant access to the interface.

I tried calling them, found this 866-764-7650 and it was an answering machine, told me to use the form to contact them instead.

Is there a number where I can call and talk to a real human?

Are there any YSM reps on this board???

What did you change? Did you use a different name or address?

Like I said I have several accounts with them and still have money in those accounts, it's fucked up that I can't access them now. So they can just take my money away just like that?
