YSM strange error

Hello,
i made an account with YSM yesterday and made a couple of campaigns (rebills). I'm now trying to login and get

An error occurred during login because you have not been granted access to any accounts.

I tried to contact them via email but i haven't got a response (it's almost 40 hours since my email).

Does anyone know anything about this error?

I had this problem. They fixed it right away when I emailed them, so try emailing again, or just calling them, they'll probably get you back up and running.

OP it means your account is under review (happened to me before due to billing issues). email them.
