YSM users with IDs longer than 10 characters...

Are you able to log into YSM? I mean I'm able to login with IDs which are 10 characters or shorter. The login ID holder isn't accepting IDs longer than 10 characters. I've tried different browsers/computers.

Damn! I've tried clearing cookies/history/everything & even tried IE/Firefox/Opera but nothing works. Any idea why is this happening?
