I started it because I thought it would cut down on support tickets. Clients would just follow the steps and not need everything outlined for them... I was wrong. So many people had questions (and refused to use the comment system) and screwed up their systems that I just took the site down. I'd say it doubled submitted tickets. Not worth it on my end.
