I think there are some strange loophole laws normally it occurs when a house is vacant for an extended period of time say 5 or 10 years and the owner finds someone there ... i believe they will have a really hard time to get them out.

But with this situation I'm not sure.

I can't speak to Gupta's case in Italy, but this BS happens a lot in the U.S. Trust me.

In my experience, squatters know the law pretty well. They're no lawyers, but they know what they can get away with if the owner goes through the legal system.
