Anger Issues are Back now that I'm exercising



Sex will help... one of the reasons why champion boxers won't have sex anytime close before a major match.. does something to their hormones.

So all you need is a woman willing to have sex with you...

...which could potentially cause more anger and frustration if you've got a fleshlight in one hand and lube in the other...

...so go ahead and kick some ass, got no choice.
 
I used to have extreme anger issues, like over the top. Only thing I can suggest is ask yourself these two questions:

1. Why did I get so angry? (not excuses like "I was stressed out" or "too much testosterone" but what actually triggered the event)
2. How did my anger improve my situation?

If you keep asking yourself these questions and you truly think hard about it your anger will melt away. And yes I know it sounds like shrink bullshit.
 
OP should have their ass kicked by the next person they yell at. Then the next time they feel like popping off at the mouth they won't. live and learn...
 
Working out is supposed to relieve stress, and your fuse shouldn't be shorter, there's probably a underlying problem.
 
just think about this...there's nothing to be gotten from getting into a fight except trouble.
You get beaten - you lose
You beat up the other guy - you win but make him pissed of and looking for revenge

so just avoid fights.
