.75-1.5 when there isn't too much by way of FF&E, inventory. Can be 2+ but most of those w/higher multiples go to the 'real' webbiz for sale sites like bizbuysell

one of my make monies ideas has been finding decent options in flippa, sprucing them up, then selling via broker via sites like bizbuysell. I've only done it once but made a good amount (plus spun off a niche of the sold biz to keep for myself and pos sell later).
