set it up, maybe you'll get one single lead in a year, but if you can convert that lead into a job you earned $300/$400 that you wouldn't have cashed otherwise.
The investment is too low not to try.
ROFLMFAO!!!
He's stated that there are 490 searches a month or 5,880 a year. If he only got 1% of those searches to contract him that would be 58.8 new clients.
So at the low end of his average fee, that would be an extra $17,640 a year or $1,470.00 a month.
Do you seriously think that he would only get maybe 1/100th of 1 percent of the searches for your "maybe" prediction to be a reality? (Or maybe you are saying that a "Worst Case Scenario" would be only one lead a year worth 3 to 4 hundred dollars, so just go for it. If so, then it's my bad for reading your post wrong.)
I assume you are for him doing the site. I just found it oddly interesting that you spun it so
negative sounding in your first sentence. LOL
Also keep in mind that in his line of work most clients will be repeat customers so long as the work is of good quality, done in a timely fashion, and at a competitive rate. So those figures could easily be doubled or even quadrupled.
I don't think 1% would be out of reach for him. That would make that site quite an asset for his business I would say.
