PPV/PPC Ad Networks with Referral Programs

How many networks actually have a system in place to earn commission from referred users? I've verified that LeadImpact, AddOn, and most other PPV networks other than DirectCPV don't have this.

You verified wrong, DCPV has a referral program. You grab the link from within your account, it works best for clickbank courses that teach users WTF they are doing tho.
