Is it just me or does the whole marketing of ScrapeBoard seem, well to be blunt, fail.
Ignoring the fact it got released early and is still beta, it could have been handled better.
Threads like 'SCRAPEBOX!! Forum Poster? Bye Bye Xrumer!' are just pointless and should have been squashed as soon as it appeared.
Everything is easier in hindsight, sure, but when you have a bunch of people running around claiming it's going to kill XRumer it only serves to create a conflict where the winner was already obvious.
Honestly, we all knew that it was never going to be XRumer at launch.
Does this make it shit, no, but being compared to a program you wont be able to beat (at least in the near future) only serves to diminish your brand.
If it was me, and it's not so take any thing I say with a grain of salt, I would have killed that thread and the others like it with something like;
"Is ScrapeBoard going to kill XRumer, no, but it's not designed to.
While they have things in common (forum posting) I don't expect a user of XRumer to gain any benefit from ScrapeBoard.
Having said that, you all know and love ScrapeBox. It is a reasonably priced and effective program and ScrapeBoard will continue this tradition.
When we release ScrapeBoard, initially it will have basic functionality. Meaning it will be able to make accounts and post on forum, but as you are aware from the regular updates for ScrapeBox, this will improve in the future.
As with ScrapeBox we will price ScrapeBoard so people who might not have the budget for XRumer can still gain the benefit from having a program that can make profiles and post to forums.
As to the question as to whether people who already own XRumer should buy it, well I hope you do, but again I don't think you will gain any immediate benefit. Of course I could be wrong and the only one to know if it does or doesn't is you"
I could be talking out my ass, so flame away if you want. Gives me a reason not to work today
